4. Orders and Payments

When you place an order through our Services, you agree to provide accurate and current payment information. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, or if the product was mispriced or unavailable.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. You agree to provide accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:

• Orders can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund.
• If you're not satisfied with the quality of the product, you can request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Foodzu or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foodzu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Foodzu and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our Services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
